Delta (DOB January, 2024) is an energetic girl with a playful nature. She is a huge fan of toys, likes all things water and enjoys snacking on ice cubes. Delta adores quality time with her people whether it’s a fetch session, some good old toy tugging or just snuggling up for some cuddles and pets. While she is happy to have a play partner, she is also content to entertain herself and indulges in long naps between play sessions.
Delta initially lacked socialization and her foster home has worked to improve her confidence level and broaden her horizons. Though she can be a bit cautious when meeting new people (especially men), it doesn’t take long for her to warm up and it quickly becomes apparent just how sweet and affectionate she is.
She is dog friendly and is fantastic with children. She can get a little rowdy at times, but a simple voice correction is all she needs to settle back down. Delta tends to be quite vocal and enjoys expressing herself. She will alert you to visitors, as well as deliveries headed towards the front door. Watching the world through the window is an enjoyable past time and she is especially fascinated by the antics of squirrels visiting the yard.
Delta is crate trained and knows her basic commands. Her daily walks are the highlight of her day and her leash manners have shown marked improvement. As she enjoys zoomies and exploring the property, she will require a fenced yard. She has no history with cats.
Delta is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative. She is fostered in Titusville and is ready for adoption. If you would like to make her a part of your family, please fill out an application and submit the processing fee.
