Welcome Drake!
Drake is an all black, 125 pound, male Great Dane, approximately 4 1/2
years old. Drake was surrendered to rescue when his owner could no
longer properly care for him. He immediately fit right in to his new
foster home and has done wonderfully while in rescue. Drake is a well
balanced, gentle, calm, obedient boy. He has lived as a single Dane in
his previous life and now lives peacefully with a female Dane in his
foster home. He is a very social boy, good with people and other dogs.
He has also done well with children during public outings with his
foster. This boy will likely do great in any environment where he is
loved and cared for.
Drake is fully house trained, crate trained, he is not destructive and
is very trustworthy. He walks nicely on leash (loves his daily walks)
and enjoys rides. Overall he is just an exceptionally great boy who
has been an easy, easy foster.
Drake is recently neutered, had a dental cleaning, is up to date on
shots, micro-chipped, tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly
heartworm preventative. Drake is a very healthy Dane and is at an
ideal weight.
Don’t overlook this sweet guy…he is truly a great Great Dane.
