Buddy

Adopted by the Spong’s, December 2020

Buddy is an energetic adult (March 2013) who loves playing chase in the yard with his Great Dane foster brother & sister. He currently live with 2 cats and have no issues with them at all. Buddy is very easy going and fit right into his foster home with 2 dogs & 2 cats right away. His foster mom calls him a love bug because he loves nuzzling with her getting kisses.

Buddy is learning how to walk on leash like a good boy and not pull as much; he does correct pretty well with the command “easy.” He also has some basic obedience of sit, down, stay, come, leave it and no. We don’t think he was socialized with many people outside of his previous family as he can be shy and unsure of new people. Buddy is crate trained and housebroken.

His foster mom requires his favorite squeaky chicken to be adopted with him so he can play with him in his new home!!

Buddy is neutered and gastropexied, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested negative and on a monthly preventative as well as microchipped. Buddy is being fostered in Palm Bay/Brevard County.
