Duchess (DOB September, 2014) is an easygoing girl with a sweet, agreeable nature. She enjoys going on walks and has a collection of plush toys that she adores. Her favorite thing by far is being showered with love and affection. Duchess will push her head into your lap to get the very best pets and will paw you when the attention stops too soon.
While Duchess enjoys lounging on the couch, she’s equally happy accompanying you on outings and errands around town. She’s great meeting new people and immediately wants their full attention. Duchess delights in the companionship of other dogs and still has a bit of a playful nature. She is also cat friendly. Duchess is gentle with children, but isn’t always aware of her size. She would do best with kids age 8 and up. She also enjoys her outdoor time and requires a fenced yard.
Duchess is well-mannered in the home and does not require crating. She also knows basic obedience and is easily corrected with a simple “no”. While her leash manners are generally good, Duchess can occasionally forget them in her excitement to greet doggy friends.
She is spayed and gastropexied, current on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative.
