Scooby joined the Payne Family, October 2022
Scooby is a 2 year old fawn male (DOB February, 2020). He is a sweet, happy-go-lucky boy that enjoys playing and loves toys. Some of his favorites are Kong teddy bears, tuggies and squeaky toys. Scooby likes to lounge on the couch, but is just as happy snoozing on a plushy dog bed. He enjoys hanging around the kitchen while you are cooking and getting his free smells, but is not a counter surfer or thief of snacks.
Scooby is always ready for an adventure in the car and is great meeting new people. While he is crate trained, it is not required as he has proven trustworthy in the home. He knows basic obedience and is currently working on leash manners. Scooby is dog and cat friendly, but is equally happy being an only pup. He has also been around the cockatoo is his foster home without issue. Scooby does well with older children and any kids in the home should be at least 10 years old.
He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative. Scooby was previously housed on hard surfaces and has developed calluses on his elbows and chest. They should minimize and eventually clear up as he gains weight and enjoys the plushy life.
