Dillon – Dillon is a 1.5 year old (DOB April 2012) merle male with natural ears. He is crate trained, housebroken, non-destructive, and he can be trusted to be loose inside home without getting into things. Currently he is underweight at about 110 pounds with his target weight closer to 120 pounds for his age and size. Dillon is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative. He will be microchipped, neutered and ready for his forever home within the next couple of weeks.
Dillon has gotten along well with his foster home’s older female Dane and previously lived with a Pit Bull Terrier. We are unsure how he would do with small breed dogs or with cats. He leash walks very nicely, is good at basic obedience, and generally just a great guy to be around. He does need some minor additional work on socialization as he’s a bit uneasy with new situations.
A fun, cooperative, loving boy who wants to be with his people at all times possible. Dillon is going to be a wonderful Dane for the right home. He is on medical hold until he can gain enough weight to be safely neutered.
