Major

Adopted March 2024 by the Amesbury Family

Major (DOB April, 2020) is an easygoing boy who adores his family. He’s delighted when he’s the center of attention, getting all the love his heart desires. Being in the company of his people makes him happiest, so he will follow you throughout the house to stay close.

Major is very much a homebody and is partial to a quieter household. He enjoys daytime naps on the couch and at night he likes to curl up in bed with his people. Major tends to be a pretty chill guy and doesn’t have much to say. He gets his point across though, with his very expressive face. He is also fairly low energy and aside from some daily zoomies, prefers to lounge around and tend to his plush “babies”.

While Major coexists peacefully with other dogs, he doesn’t interact with them much and has no history with cats. He is kid friendly and is recommended with children age 8 and up. Major is extremely well behaved in the home and doesn’t require crating. He knows some obedience commands, but would benefit from continued training to reinforce them. He very much enjoys going on walks, but his leash manners still need a little work. Major requires a minimum fence height of 5 feet. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative.

He is fostered in Titusville and is ready for adoption. If you would like to make him a part of your family, please fill out an application (link below) and submit the processing fee.
