Montana (DOB July, 2022) is a sweet natured girl who loves the companionship of her people. She enjoys being a part of household activities and will follow you throughout the home so she doesn’t miss out on the fun. She is extremely affectionate, loves to lean and likes giving hugs. Couch cuddling and snuggling under blankets are also things she enjoys.
Montana has a moderate energy level and expends much of that energy zooming around outdoors. She is a big fan of toys and while plushies are her absolute favorite, they often meet a very traumatic demise. Montana also has an affinity for water and likes playing in it.
She can be sensitive to changes in her environment and is best suited to a structured household where someone is frequently around. Children tend to make her anxious and uncomfortable, so an adult-only home is required. While she’s happiest as a homebody, she does enjoy changing it up a bit with an occasional outing around town or a visit to the local dog park.
Montana is dog friendly and is best with large dogs that can handle her rough and tumble style of play. She is well mannered in the home, crate trained and knows her basic obedience. Daily walks are something she looks forward to and she has good leash manners. Montana is cat friendly and requires a fenced yard.
She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative. She is fostered in Vero Beach and is ready for adoption. If you would like to make her a part of your family, please fill out an application and submit the processing fee.
