Money (DOB September, 2022) is an affectionate boy who enjoys cuddling in bed with his people. He’s not one for couch snuggles though, as he prefers to simply rest his butt on the cushions with his feet on the floor. Money has a moderate energy level and enjoys tug games with his favorite knotted rope. He also likes running around you in circles and will give you playful boops with his nose.
He is good in social settings and will offer a paw to the people he meets. Unfortunately, he also tends to be a bit of a slapper with said paw when he wants attention. Money is friendly with other dogs and great with kids, but has no history with cats. While he is crate trained and well behaved in the home, he does have a taste for shoes and will enjoy snacking on them if left accessible.
Money is a messy drinker and a heavy drooler. He knows the Sit command and will occasionally comply with Down. He isn’t interested in learning much more despite being food motivated. Money likes going on walks and pulls on the leash initially, but will then settle in and enjoy his tour of the neighborhood. He travels well in a vehicle and requires a fenced yard.
Money has dry eyes and requires daily drops for them. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative. He is fostered in Orlando and is ready for adoption. If you would like to make him a part of your family, please fill out an application and submit the processing fee. If you have questions about Money or the adoption process, please email our adoption coordinator at cherie@gdlcf.org.
