Blue is a 11 month (DOB 11/16/13) Blue Great Dane with natural ears. He loves to play with the other Danes in his foster home! He likes to go for walks but his foster home is working with him as he does tend to pull. He is a typical 10 month puppy and likes to chew. He was not previously crate trained so it is something we are working on, however right now it is not a place that he enjoys being and will do anything to get out. We are working on basic commands with him. He lived with an older child briefly but we have not experienced any interactions with children.
It takes him a while to trust men in the house but he seems to be adjusting well to his new foster Dad.
A home where he is not left alone for long periods would be preferred. He is great with the other big dogs and really has seemed to bond with them. He has not been around small dogs or cats; that is an unknown. Another large dog in the home that likes to play and cuddle would a dream come true for Blue! He is not being considered for homes with small dogs or cats as he has shown too much interest in them.
Blue is up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested-negative, microchippped and neutered.
