Patti

Patti was adopted by the Sher Family, November 2024

Patricia (aka “Patti” – DOB June, 2019) is an easygoing girl with a sweet nature.  She loves getting attention and will nudge your hand whenever she’s in need of pets.  She spends much of her day chilling in her favorite chair, but does play a bit with the dogs in her foster home.  She also likes rope toys and chewing on her bones.  Zoomies are still a regular thing and she’s lightning fast, so a fenced yard is required.

Patti is very much a homebody and doesn’t really enjoy being out and about. She’s cooperative for necessary outings (vet visits), but is relieved when she’s back in her familiar environment.  She can be a bit sensitive to change, but does settle in and adjust in short order.  Patti likes meeting new people and is fantastic with very young children.  She’s also dog, cat and chicken friendly.  She thrives on companionship and ideally either needs someone generally around or a large dog buddy to chill with.

She is well-mannered in the home and doesn’t require crating.  She is well aware that her people have the very best beds and has been known to stealthily sneak in by your feet at night.  Patti knows her basic obedience commands, has good leash manners and rides well in a vehicle.  Her favorite past time is eating and she indulges in quite the celebration at mealtimes.  Patti is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative.

She is fostered in Orlando and is ready for adoption. If you would like to make her a part of your family, please fill out an application and submit the processing fee. If you are an approved adopter interested in Patti or have questions about her or the adoption process, please email Cherie, our adoption coordinator, at cherie@gdlcf.org.
