Odin

Adopted April 2024

Odin (DOB August, 2023) enjoys the company of his people and especially loves to snuggle up for some one-on-one time. Once he has satisfied his attention quota, he keeps himself busy playing with his toys or roughhousing with his foster siblings.  He also likes to spend time outdoors zooming and chasing the other dogs.  He will require a spacious yard with a minimum fence height of 5 feet.

Odin is very outgoing and is quick to make new friends.  He is thrilled to join you on adventures about town, whether it’s a shopping expedition or a dog friendly establishment with tasty snacks. Odin is fairly energetic and would appreciate a large canine companion to pal around with.  Small dogs and cats are not recommended, due to his rough and tumble style of play.  He is good with children and is recommended with kids age 12 and up.

He can get up to mischief when left home alone, so crating is a must. He knows basic obedience and is a very quick learner. Odin loves rides in the car and enjoys going on walks. He is current on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative. He will be adopted on a neuter contract.

He is fostered in Palm Harbor and is ready for adoption. If you would like to make him part of your family, please fill out an application and submit the $20 processing fee. If you are an approved adopter interested in Odin or have questions about him or the adoption process, please contact our adoption coordinator, Cherie, at cherie@gdlcf.org.
