Sylvie

Adopted, July 2023

Sylvie (DOB January, 2019) adores people and loves to shower them with affection. She is sweet, eager to please and is the ultimate couch cuddler. She likes playing with toys and her favorites are the plushie ones. Sylvie also enjoys car rides and going on walks. As she expends much of her energy outdoors doing zoomies, she requires a fenced yard.

She has been out in public several times and has enjoyed it. It takes her a couple of minutes to warm up to new people, but then she’s all about the pets and attention. Sylvie has been well-behaved during brief, leashed meetings with other dogs in public. At home though, she wants to be Queen of the castle and doesn’t like to share her space or her people. She’s also not cat friendly, so it’s best that she be the only pet in the home.

Sylvie is very well behaved and does not require crating. She is hard at work learning her commands and has mastered Sit and Down. Sylvie is very food motivated, which should make further training easier. She also has good leash manners. Sylvie has no history with children, but would likely be okay with older kids.

Sylvie is a blue harlequin. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly preventative.
