Pearl was adopted, May 2023 by the Farnam family.
Pearl is a one year old (DOB February, 2022) merle piebald girl with a sweet, easy going temperament. Her primary goal in life is to be the center of attention and be loved on by everyone. She likes accompanying you on your errands and attending social gatherings, as it means making new friends and getting all the pets.
Pearl has a moderate energy level and will require a fenced yard with room to run. She has rough style of play and tends to explore the world with her mouth. While she would benefit from having another dog in the home, it must have a similar energy and be tolerant of her play style. Pearl also has a high prey drive, so a home without small dogs and cats is recommended.
She likes playing with toys and engaging in games of tug. She also enjoys fetching and likes to play in water. Pearl has excellent leash manners and looks forward to daily walks around the neighborhood. She also likes going for rides in the car. Being a young pup that still gets into mischief, she requires crating when left home alone. Pearl currently knows “sit” and “come”. She’s very food motivated, which should help with continued training. Pearl likes children, but isn’t always gentle. Therefore, any kids in the home should be at least 14 years old.
She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative.
