Finley is an adorable black male puppy (April, 2022) that is just brimming with energy. He loves all types of toys, especially those that squeak. Finley is a big fan of water in all its forms and likes to spend time playing in his puppy pool.
He is extremely affectionate and loves being around his humans. He also enjoys cuddling, especially when it involves blankets. Finley can be a little shy meeting new people, but warms up quickly and thrives on attention. He loves playing with other dogs and would enjoy having a buddy to pal around with. He has also done well with the cat in his foster home.
Finley is crate trained and crating is highly recommended when he is left home alone. While not destructive, he does have an inquisitive nature and likes to explore his surroundings. Finely is making good progress learning his basic commands and is doing well with leash walking. Due to his high energy level, a fenced yard is required and his ideal home would have someone around more often than not.
He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative. He will be adopted on a neuter contract.
