Sophia was adopted by the Dixon Family, November 2019
Sophia came into rescue as an owner surrender needing a lot of medical care: fungal & bacterial skin infections as well as double ear infections and eye infections too Not to mention a horrible flea infestation as well as tapeworms.
She has been in rescue for three weeks and she has responded well to medicated baths and oral medications and is thriving in her foster home with 2 other female Danes.
Sophia’s true personality is just beginning to shine and we see her as a smart and sassy, but compliant girl who loves baths and rub downs to aid healing of her skin.
She is spayed, tacked and weighs about 110 pounds.
More to come on Sassy Sophia as she gets better and eventually ready for adoption!
