UPDATE 09/03/15
Babs has an application pending! She needs to be medically cleared from her recent spay and eye surgeries before she can be adopted.
Babs is a 5 year old ( DOB August 2010) 130 pound harlequin female; her age is an estimate as we have no history or background on her. Babs was part of the puppy mill that was shut down in south Florida in July 2015. No more baby making days ever!
Her new life indoors has been a learning experience for Babs but one she has adapted to quickly. She is doing well with crate training and seeks out her crate to sleep in; she is housebroken. She is very attached to her foster mom and less interested in playtime with the male Dane in her foster home. Babs is a mellow gal and does amazingly well on leash walks. We do not know how she is around children but we think Babs would do okay in a home with older children, 10+ years old. Babs has been exposed to cats and small and medium sized dogs and did fine with them.
Babs had eye surgery to open up her droopy eyes and to improve her vision.
Babs is spayed, up to date on her shots, heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm & flea/tick preventative.
