Adopted by the Snyder Family, March 2023
Rocky is a one year old (DOB 11/2021) Harlequin male. He is a goofy boy that adores his humans and always wants to be close to those he loves. Rocky is great meeting new people and makes friends easily. He enjoys social outings and attending community events where he is always the center of attention.
Rocky has a moderate energy level and is a balanced mix of zoomies and lounging on the couch. He frequently plays tug with his foster sisters and is especially fond of his Benebones and Kong toys. Rocky attends doggy day camp and would be happy to have a buddy in the home. He can be a little rough when playing, so big dogs are preferred and definitely no small dogs or cats. Rocky hasn’t had much exposure to children, but would likely be okay with kids over 10 years old.
He is still a pup and will definitely require ongoing training. He has already learned a number of commands, but is not consistent unless a treat is offered. Crate training is a work in progress, as is leash manners. He also tends to counter surf if food is left out. He would do best in a Dane savvy home where someone is around frequently and he requires a 6 foot fence.
He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on a monthly heartworm preventative.
