Smokie came into rescue with bilateral eye and ear infections and is now doing much better! Smokie had corrective eye lid surgery to help with the skin folding in/around his eyes and it has helped him quite a bit.

- Fenced yard is required. Not likely to enjoy the dog park
- He is safe in the home and does not need to be crated
- Would need another large, calm dog in the home
- Has not been around small dogs/under 20 pounds
- Okay with cats
- Kids of any age are an unknown
- He likely would be happiest at home instead of public outings
Smokie is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. He tested heartworm negative and is on a monthly preventative. He is housebroken as well.
